*  The FAA announced that there are a few sites, such as Groups 20 and Groups 18 and 22 all in Alaska that are going up for rebidding later this Year, because of the need for special requirements at some of them. These sites are due to be awarded next year and are due to start in March. YOu can find the latest version of the FAA 7900.5B Surface Observing Manual and alot of other good stuff at the following website: www.faa.gov/atpubs. * Also, I will be downsizing the Business after 9/30 of this year because of some health problems that I'm experiencing. I will still be managing the Upper Air Contracts at Fairbanks, AK and at Vandenberg A. F. B., CA  for now however. I have been suffering lately from the symptoms of Ataxia and am going to have Stem Cell Treatment for it in another Country, as it is still not FDA-Approved in the U. S.
